At Holalemania we search for suitable future employees from different countries (such as Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia or even Mexico) with a strong focus on effective, productive and long-term placement. With our 15-person international team, we are well equipped for this role and will personally take care of your new colleagues and employees. We assist in the search for accommodation, accompany the candidates during their arrival in Germany and the start in their home and take care of all bureaucratic and non-bureaucratic issues related to the start in Germany. In addition, we offer the candidates and you further integration support for one year from the start of work to make the start as easy as possible for your future employees.

But we are also there for your employees and prepare the German colleagues for the new situation, so that they will react well and appropriately and take an active and productive part in the integration and familiarization themselves.

RECRUITMENT AND RECOGNITION PROCESS

The placement process for your new employees is divided into seven steps, from the first contact with us to full integration into your company and the new environment:

In an initial meeting, we carry out a joint needs analysis and discuss the entire process and its requirements.

In a pre-selection process, we conduct interviews with the applicants and check their professional and personal qualifications and determine a possible match for your company.

As soon as you give us the go-ahead, we arrange a joint interview (usually via video).
If both sides agree, the employment contract will be drawn up.

Depending on the applicant’s German language skills,
we organize a suitable German course up to level B2.

We take care of all official activities to obtain professional recognition.

Compassionate support during the first year and support in preparing the team for the arrival of new colleagues and family reunification.

INFORMATION ON PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION

All candidates attend an intensive German language course before moving to Germany. The course is designed to end with the B2- level, as this allows the candidates to start with you as fully-fledged professionals already a few weeks later (after the exams have been corrected and the official deadline for recognition has passed). If desired, other constructs are also conceivable, such as starting work after B1 as a nursing assistant until B2 is obtained and recognition is granted.
