With our international team of 15, we are ideally equipped for this task and take personal care of your new colleagues.
We help with finding accommodation, accompany the candidates on their arrival in Germany and as they start work at your organisation, and take care of all bureaucratic and non-bureaucratic matters related to starting out in Germany. In addition, we offer both the candidates and you continued integration support for one year from the start of employment, to make getting started as easy as possible for your new employees.
We don’t leave your existing staff on their own either: we prepare your team for the new situation so that everyone involved can respond to one another well and appropriately, and so that your existing staff can themselves make an active and productive contribution to integration and onboarding.
RECRUITMENT AND RECOGNITION PROCESS
The placement process for your new employees is divided into seven steps, from your first contact with us through to full integration into your company and their new surroundings:
In an initial meeting, we carry out a joint needs analysis and discuss the entire process and its requirements.
In a pre-selection stage, we interview the applicants, assess their professional and personal suitability and identify a possible match for your company.
As soon as you give us the go-ahead, we arrange a joint interview (usually by video). If both sides agree, the employment contract is drawn up.
Depending on the applicant’s level of German, we organise
a suitable German course up to level B1/B2.
